With a BFA in illustration from MICA and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts, he spends days and nights in his studio drawing or thinking of ways to improve his double bass pedal technique. He loves dogs. He tolerates cats.

Melissa Campa was born in Hermosillo, Mexico. She is Bachelor of Visual Arts and has won several art prizes and fellowships in her country. Her first works were caracterized by representing young female figures, through which attempts to reflect the world she confronts everyday. But her subjects have been changing into different ways of expressing herself and creating art. The visual language of her painting is violent, and has been influenced by expressionist artists, such as Egon Schiele. While the delicate minimalist structure of her drawings make use of a personal and introspective side.

Leo & Pipo
An Ephemeral Paris
Having spent their childhood in the sweetness and the quietude of the east Parisian suburb, Leo & Pipo have difficulty in acclimatizing to the austerity of the capital, Paris, the museum-city.Furthermore, they are surprised by the profound boredom and by the absence of warmth which reigns in the streets of the megalopolis. It is finally by reflex, and to try to appropriate this city which rejects them that Leo & Pipo launch in April 2008 an ornamental project.
Nevertheless, Leo & Pipo avoid ardently any message and any commitment. They propose their figures as potential actors of the life of districts. These figures of unknown persons of another time tell nothing, impose nothing. They simply look at people, hoping that these same people look at them in return.

Rinne is solo project of Improvisation musician, Rinne(Kato Haruo). He took part in percussionists’ improvisation unit, “OTOWA” as Nokan(Japanese flute) player and also took part in industrial trance unit “Sugimoto Shoten” as metal percussionist. He also uses keyboard, number of ethnic instruments, PC programming. His music is based on the image;huge circle rounding. It spring from one point, swells out, swallows everything.「Otowa」にて笛等を担当、「椙本商店」ではメタルパーカッションを担当、その他様々なシーンで即興表現者として活動する輪廻のソロユニット。「ぐるぐると廻り続ける大きな輪」を根幹に民族楽器や鍵盤、電子演算などを用い独自空間を構築する。その音ははじめ足元に小さく現れ、あらゆるものを飲み込み拡がってゆく。

Leoparden lives in Stockholm, Sweden and makes melodic pop-electronica. He grew up listening to indie-pop and punk rather than techno, but discovered that his brother’s Amiga 500 could be used for making music. Today the influence of guitar based music can still be recognized in Leopardens tracks, they are structured more like pop songs even though the sounds and production are strictly from the world of electronica. Leoparden also makes abstract electronica and pixel art under the name :ö: , he has a semi-improvisational pop-electronica band called Soonmoonsoon with the french multi-artist Suzywan, and he plays guitar in the indie-band Lothar – currently signed to the Japanese label Quince Records where they released their debut album “Montgolfier” in 2008. When making music as Leoparden, he does not have any special musical rules or limitations – except that it should be a pop feeling to the tracks and that the production has to feel interesting and fresh. Therefore the nature of the tracks can vary from glitchy, 8-bit, atmospheric , vocal based or a mix of all that depending on what fits the track and what feels interesting at the moment.Leopardens latest album “Oneone” can be downloaded for free on his myspace:

幼い頃よりテクノよりもインディーポップやパンクを聴いて育つが、彼の兄弟のamiga500で作り始めたことが現在の音楽性に繋がっている。
その楽曲からはギターベースの音楽の影響が見受けられつつも、バンドミュージックの影響を受けてはいるが、音自体はエレクトロニカ、構成はポップソングに近い。 また、別プロジェクト :ö: ではアブストラクト エレクトロニカ、ピクセルアートの一面を見せる。同時に2008年日本のQuince Recordsよりデビューアルバム”Montgolfier”をリリースしたフランスのバンド”Lothar”のギタリスト、マルチアーティスト、Suzywanと半即興的ポップエレクトロニカバンドSoonmoonsoonを組む。
Leopardenの音楽はポップで面白くて新鮮であればよく、特別なルールや制限を特に設けない。そのため、そのトラックはその時の感覚や音の相性によって、グリッチ的、８ビット的、また空間的であったりもする。 Leapardenの最新作”Oneone”(ゲストアーティストにScandinavia, France, USA, UK and Japanからヴォーカリスト)は彼のmyspaceサイトからダウンロード出来ます。

Harold Nono lives and works in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has recorded three albums to date for UK label, Bearsuit Records – and has just finished recording an album with musician/composer Hidekazu Wakabayashi (www.myspace.com/hidekazuwakabayashi). This album, simply entitled “Harold Nono/Hidekazu Wakabayashi” is due out on Bearsuit Records in December 2009.He has also recorded an album “Bedtime Stories” with German musician and producer, Me Raabenstien under the moniker Taub. (www.myspace.com/taubltd). This album was released on the German label, Nonine Recordings in 2008. He has contributed to numerous compilation albums and recently remixed the song “Shut My Soul” by Serbian artist PNDC (www.mypsace.com/pndc) This track features on PNDCs’ latest album “Secondhand language”.
Nono is also a member of O.E.S (Orchestra Ecletticae Syncretistic) – a loose collective of international musicians set up by Italian, Marco Lucchi (www.myspace.com/orchestraecletticaesincretista). This collective sporadically release material on the label, Webbed Hands Records.
Harold Nonos’ fourth solo album – as yet untitled – will be released on Bearsuit Records in 2010.

I’m Marcello Spolverato. I’m 28 and I live in Padova, a little gracious universitary town near Venice (Italy). I studied Music, Art and Literature, with a degree thesis on contemporary music landscape, from classical music to post, electronic and glitch music. For many years I played bass in a indie rock band. I compose and perform music with the moniker errnois since 2008. I use laptop (my old powerbook!), keyboard and field recordings to make layers of beats, noises, glitches and melodies. I love to create cinematic soundscapes, dreamy atmospheres, ideal soundtracks of different moment of my life.My first album will be published in December 2009 by the Italian Milan based net label “51beats” (http://www.51beats.net ::: http://www.myspace.com/51beats). It has been reviewed with kind words by Mirco Salvadori, historical journalist, dj and producer, on “Rockerilla”, one of the most important italian music magazine.
In this moment I am working to new songs one of which it will appear in January 2010 inside a compilation edited by another Italian net label – Rome based – called “Inglorious Ocean” (http://www.myspace.com/ingloriousocean).

“Magnitophono” is the music project of Eleni Adamopoulou, created on May 2007. Samples of the city’s noise create melodic stories and depict electronic dreams. Stories of imaginary heroes are transformed into lyrics, in collaboration with Dr. Orange (Vicky Adamopoulou). Some of the sounds are recorded from a video camera that she videotapes moments from her travelling around the world. The first ep for “Magnitophono” was released by Minuta Records (Switzerland) in 2008. Now, Eleni is working on the first album, which will be released in 2010. “Magnitophono” has been presented in festivals like “Artvert 08”, “European music day 08”, “Alpha-ville 09” and many more.Collaborations with other musicians: Atom Numb, Luup,
Harold Nono, Sector 028, Pleq, Yurai, Moabi.
There is also another project by Eleni Adamopoulou called “Manekinekod” and some music of this project was released by Monika Enterprise (Berlin) 2008 in the compilation “4 Women No Cry, vol.3”.
“Magnitophono” はEleni Adamopoulouによる2007以来のプロジェクト。街のノイズがメロディックな物語を紡ぎ、電子的な夢を表現する。Dr Orange(Vicky Adamopoulou)とのコラボレーションの中では架空の英雄達が歌詞へと変換された。その中には世界中を旅して撮ったビデオカメラに収められた音も使用されている。2008年“Magnitophono” 初のepがスイスのレーベルMinuta Recordsよりリリースされ、現在2010年にフルアルバムとしてリリース予定。またオーガナイザーとして“Artvert 08”, “European music day 08”, “Alpha-ville 09”といったフェスティバルを開催。

As an improviser, he was a collective of Seattle Iimproviser. Also, played at Seattle Improvised Music Festival.Now, he is spending more time on computer builder.
愛知県、名古屋市近辺在住。 2000代前半をシアトルで過ごし、日本人即興グループnaのパーカッション兼PCを務める。またSun City GirlsやBill Horist, Aiko Shimada, Marron等の様々な音楽家と交流を深める。また、即興奏者をして Seattle Improvised Music Festival 等に参加。
現在ぶらぶらと気の向いたときに気の向いたように音楽等を作成中。
